1. Our Content Licensing Position

OllaStream operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store, or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and video-on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

OllaStream maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices will be reviewed and may be terminated without refund.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
