Welcome to OllaStream ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://ollastream.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

OllaStream provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Spain, to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• All prices are in EUR.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely. OllaStream does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service:

• No refunds are issued after account activation.
• Exceptions apply only in cases of: (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours; or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge.
• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account credentials.
• Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display, or re-stream content.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, DRM protections, or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law in Spain or elsewhere.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application.

7. Service Availability

OllaStream strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is the property of their respective content owners and licensors. OllaStream does not claim ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel your subscription by contacting [email protected].

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLLASTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by posting the new Terms on https://ollastream.com/terms.html with an updated "Last updated" date.
